Zoar

The city of Bela, one of the five kings who fought the four kings, which survived the destruction of Sodom and the other allied cities. Lot temporarily fled to Zoar after leaving Sodom, but left in fear that he would not be safe there either. It later became a city in Moav mentioned in prophecies of the downfall of Moav.
